H.B. 7409                                AN ACT CONCERNING THE REVISOR’S TECHNICAL CORRECTIONS TO THE GENERAL STATUTES, EXPANDING THE MEMBERSHIP OF THE SENTENCING TASK FORCE AND REVISING CERTAIN REPORTING DEADLINES

This Act passed as amended by House Amendment Schedule B and shall take effect as follows:  Sections 1-195 and 197-201 shall take effect upon passage, which is the day the Governor signed the bill; Section 196 shall take effect October 1, 2007.  The Governor signed the bill on July 12, 2007.

This Act passed as amended by House Amendment Schedules A and B and shall take effect as follows: Sections 1-5, 8, 10-43, 47-49 and 51-57 shall take effect upon passage, which is the day the Governor signed the bill; Sections 6, 9, 44 and 50 shall

 take effect July 1, 2007 and Sections 7 and 45-46 shall take   effect October 1, 2007.   The Governor signed the bill on

July 11, 2007.

This Act passed as amended by House and Senate Amendment Schedules A and shall take effect as follows: Section 1 takes effect February 1, 2008 and Sections 2-8 shall take effect October 1, 2007.  The Governor signed the bill on July 11, 2007.

This Act passed as amended by Senate Amendment Schedules A and B and House Amendment Schedules A, B, C and D shall take effect as follows: Section 1 shall take effect as follows:  Sections 1-4 shall take effect October 1, 2007 and Sections 5-7 shall take effect upon passage, which is the day the Governor signed the bill.  The Governor signed the bill on July 11, 2007.

effect October 1, 2007 and Sections 14-56 shall take effect

January 1, 2008.  The Governor signed the bill on

This Act passed as amended by House Amendment Schedules A and B and shall take effect as follows:  Sections 1-22, 25-30, 32-35, 38, 57, 60-61, 73-75, 78-79, 84, 87 and 90 shall take effect October 1, 2007; Sections 23-24, 39, 43-45, 47-50, 59, 63-72, 76-77, 81-83 and 85 shall take effect upon passage, which is the day the Governor signed the bill; Sections 31, 36-37, 40-42, 46, 51, 53-56, 58, 62, 80, 86 and 89 shall take effect July 1, 2007; Section 52 takes effect October 1, 2008 and Section 88 takes effect September 1, 2007.   The Governor signed the bill on

July 12, 2007.

s.H.B. 7182                             AN ACT CONCERNING CERTIFIED COMPETITIVE VIDEO SERVICE

This Act passed as amended by House Amendment Schedules A and C and shall take effect as follows: Sections 1-25, 28-32 and 34-44  shall take effect October 1; Section 26 takes effect July 1, 2009; and Sections 27 and 33 shall take effect July 1, 2007. The Governor signed the bill on July 11, 2007.

s.H.B. 7282                             AN ACT CONCERNING PROPERTY TAX DELINQUENCIES OF TELECOMMUNICATIONS COMPANIES, MUNICIPAL BROADBAND NETWORKS, MACHINERY SURCHARGES AND CERTAIN TAX EXEMPTIONS

This Act passed as amended by House Amendment Schedule A and shall take effect as follows:  Section 1 takes effect upon passage and applicable to assessment years of municipalities commencing on or after October 1, 2006; Section 2 takes effect October 1, 2007; Sections 3-4 take effect July 1, 2007 and Sections 5-7 take effect October 1, 2007 and applicable to assessment years commencing on or after October 1, 2007.

The Governor signed the bill on July 11, 2007.
