H.B. 5927 AN ACT CONCERNING THE CONNECTICUT SITING COUNCIL AND CELLULAR TOWERS
This Act passed as amended by House Amendment Schedule A
and shall take effect as follows: Sections 1-5 and 7 shall take effect upon passage, which is the day the Governor signed the bill; Section 6 shall take effect upon passage and applicable to the assessment period commencing on or after July 1, 2006; and Section 8 shall take effect July 1, 2007. The Governor signed the bill on July 6, 2007.

shall take effect October 1, 2007 and Section 15 shall take effect January 1, 2008. The Governor signed the bill on July 10, 2007.
