H.B. 5927                                AN ACT CONCERNING THE CONNECTICUT SITING COUNCIL AND CELLULAR TOWERS

This Act passed as amended by House Amendment Schedule A

and shall take effect as follows:  Sections 1-5 and 7 shall take effect upon passage, which is the day the Governor signed the bill; Section 6 shall take effect upon passage and applicable to the assessment period commencing on or after July 1, 2006; and Section 8 shall take effect July 1, 2007.  The Governor signed the bill on July 6, 2007.

s.H.B. 6955                             AN ACT CONCERNING OPERATOR’S LICENSES BEARING A SCHOOL BUS ENDORSEMENT

This Act passed as amended by House Amendment Schedules

A and B and shall take effect as follows: Sections 1-5 shall take effect July 1, 2007 and Section 6 shall take effect October 1, 2007.  The Governor signed the bill on July 6, 2007.

This Act passed as amended by House Amendment Schedule A and shall take effect as follows: Section 1 shall take effect upon passage, which is the day the Governor signed the bill; and Section 2

shall take effect July 1, 2007.  The Governor signed the bill on

July 6, 2007.

s.H.B. 6500                             AN ACT EXPANDING CONNECTICUT’S FILM INDUSTRY

This Act passed as amended by House Amendment Schedule

A and shall take effect as follows:  Sections 1-3 effective July 1, 2007 and applicable to income years commencing on or after January 1, 2007; Sections 4 and 6-9 shall take effect July 1, 2007; and Section 5 is effective upon passage, which is the day the Governor signed the bill.   The Governor signed the bill on July 6, 2007.

This Act passed as amended by House Amendment Schedules A, B and C and shall take effect as follows: Section 1-2, 4-5 and 7 shall take effect July 1, 2007; Sections 3 and 6 shall take effect upon passage, which is the day the Governor signed the bill.   The Governor signed the bill on July 10, 2007.

S.B. 1447                                AN ACT CONCERNING FAMILY AND MEDICAL LEAVE FOR MUNICIPAL EMPLOYEES AND THE APPLICABILITY OF CERTAIN STATUTORY PROVISIONS TO CIVIL UNION STATUS

This Act passed as amended by Senate Amendment Schedule A and House Amendment Schedules A and B and shall take effect as follows: Section 1 shall take effect October 1, 2007 and Sections 2-6 shall take effect upon passage, which is the day the Governor signed the bill.   The Governor signed the bill on July 10, 2007.

s.S.B. 1406                             AN ACT CONCERNING AUTHORIZATION OF STATE GRANT COMMITMENTS FOR SCHOOL BUILDING PROJECTS AND CHANGES TO THE STATUTES CONCERNING SCHOOL BUILDING PROJECTS

This Act passed as amended by Senate Amendment Schedule A and House Amendment Schedules A, B and C and shall take effect as follows:  Sections 1, 8-14, 16-24, 26-32, and 34-37 shall take effect upon passage, which is the day the Governor signed the bill; Sections 2-7 and 25 shall take effect July 1, 2007; Section 33

shall take effect October 1, 2007 and Section 15 shall take effect January 1, 2008.  The Governor signed the bill on July 10, 2007.
