s.S.B. 1316                             AN ACT CONCERNING THE UNIVERSITY OF CONNECTICUT HEALTH CENTER

This Act passed as amended by Senate Amendment Schedule A

and shall take effect July 1, 2007.  The Governor signed the bill on July 10, 2007.

s.S.B. 429                               AN ACT CONCERNING LAW ENFORCEMENT AND FIRE RESCUE VESSELS

This Act passed as amended by House Amendment Schedule

A and shall take effect July 1, 2007.  The Governor signed the bill on July 10, 2007.

s.S.B. 703                               AN ACT CONCERNING FIRE SAFE CIGARETTES

This Act passed as amended by Senate Amendment Schedules A and C and shall take effect July 1, 2008.   The Governor signed the bill on July 10, 2007.

S.B. 1484                                AN ACT CONCERNING THE HEALTHFIRST CONNECTICUT AND HEALTHY KIDS INITIATIVES

This Act passed and shall take effect as follows: Sections 1-10, 12-21, 24-25, 33-37, and 41-43 shall take effect July 1, 2007; Sections 11 and 29-32 shall take effect upon passage, which is the day the Governor signed the bill, Sections 22-23 and 26-28 shall take effect October 1, 2007 and Sections 38-40 shall take effect July 1, 2008.  The Governor signed the bill on July 10, 2007.

This Act passed as amended by Senate Amendment Schedule A and shall take effect as follows:  Sections 1- 3, 5, 7-11 and 13 shall take effect upon passage, which is the day the Governor signed the bill; Sections 4, 6, and 12 shall take effect October 1, 2007.  The Governor signed the bill on July 10, 2007.

s.S.B. 761                               AN ACT CONCERNING REIMBURSEMENT FOR PAYMENTS MADE BY THE DEPARTMENT OF CHILDREN AND FAMILIES FOR THE CARE OF A CHILD

This Act passed as amended by Senate Amendment Schedule A and shall take effect upon passage, which is the day the Governor signed the bill.  The Governor signed the bill on July 10, 2007.

This Act passed as amended by Senate Amendment Schedule A and shall take effect as follows:  Sections 1-2 shall take effect October 1, 2007 and Section 3 shall take effect July 1, 2007.  The Governor signed the bill on July 10, 2007.

s.S.B. 1054                             AN ACT CONCERNING THE DEFINITION OF DETERIORATING AND DETERIORATED PROPERTY IN REDEVELOPMENT AREAS, REFERRAL OF STATEMENTS OF COMPENSATION TO THE OMBUDSMAN FOR PROPERTY RIGHTS, A STUDY OF THE CALCULATION OF LOST GOOD WILL FOR RELOCATION ASSISTANCE FOR DISPLACED BUSINESSES AND COMPENSATION FOR OUTDOOR ADVERTISING STRUCTURES

This Act passed as amended by Senate Amendment Schedule A and shall take effect as follows:  Section 1shall take effect

October 1, 2007 and applicable to redevelopment plans adopted on or after said date; Section 2 shall take effect October 1, 2007 and applicable to property acquired on or after said date; Section 3 shall take effect upon passage, which is the day the Governor signed the bill and Section 4 shall take effect from passage and applicable to property acquired on and after said date.  The Governor signed the bill on July 10, 2007.

This Act passed as amended by House and Senate Amendment Schedules A and shall take effect as follows:  Sections 1 and 3-4 shall take effect July 1, 2007 and Section 2 shall take effect upon passage, which is the day the Governor signed the bill.  The Governor signed the bill on July 10, 2007.

s.S.B. 1182                             AN ACT CONCERNING ADMINISTRATIVE PROCEDURES OF THE DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC WORKS, AUDITING OF LARGE CONSTRUCTION CONTRACTS, ENVIRONMENTAL REVIEW OF CERTAIN LAND TRANSFERS, GRANT PAYMENTS TO MUNICIPALITIES, ADVERTISING ON STATE BUILDINGS AND CERTAIN EXEMPTIONS TO THE FREEDOM OF INFORMATION ACT

This Act passed as amended by Senate Amendment Schedules A, B and C and shall take effect as follows: Sections 1-5, 9-16, 18-21 and 24 shall take effect from passage, which is the day the Governor signed the bill; Sections 6-8 and 22-23 shall take effect October 1, 2007 and Section 17 shall take effect July 1, 2007.  The Governor signed the bill on July 10, 2007.
