s.H.B. 7338                             AN ACT CONCERNING THE IMPLEMENTATION OF GENERALLY ACCEPTED ACCOUNTING PRINCIPLES (GAAP).

This Act passed as amended by House Amendment Schedule A and shall take effect July 1, 2007.  The Governor vetoed the bill on July 6, 2007.

This Act passed as amended by House Amendment Schedule A and shall take effect as follows:  Sections 1-30 and 32-34 shall take effect upon passage, which is the day the Governor signed the bill; Section 31 shall take effect July 1, 2007.  The Governor signed the bill on July 5, 2007.

s.S.B. 1258                             AN ACT CONCERNING UNDERGROUND STORAGE TANKS

This Act passed as amended by Senate Amendment Schedule A  and shall take effect as follows:  Sections 1-2 shall take effect October 1, 2007; Sections 3-4 shall take effect upon passage, which is the day the Governor signed the bill; Section 5 shall take effect from passage and applicable to applications filed with the underground storage tank petroleum clean-up account on or after July 1, 2005; Section 6 shall take effect from passage and applicable to applications filed with the underground storage tank petroleum clean-up account either prior to or subsequent to the effective date of this section, except that the provisions of subparagraph (A) of subdivision (10) of this subsection shall be applicable only to applications filed on or after October 1,2007; and Section 7 shall take effect from passage and applicable to applications filed with the underground storage tank petroleum clean-up account both prior to and subsequent to the effec-

tive date of this section.  The Governor signed the bill on

July 5, 2007.
