s.S.B. 1051                             AN ACT CONCERNING THE INSPECTION AND EVALUATION OF AIR QUALITY IN STATE BUILDINGS

This Act passed as amended by Senate Amendment Schedules A and B and shall take effect July 1, 2007.  The Governor signed the bill on June 29, 2007.

S.B. 1293                                AN ACT CONCERNING DATA UNDER THE FEDERAL TRADE ADJUSTMENT ASSISTANCE ACT

This Act passed and shall take effect October 1, 2007.  The Governor signed the bill on June 29, 2007.

s.S.B. 1192                             AN ACT CONCERNING CHILD DAY CARE SERVICES, YOUTH CAMPS AND THE EMERGENCY DISTRIBUTION OF POTASSIUM IODIDE TABLETS IN CERTAIN FACILITIES

This Act passed and shall take effect as follows: Sections 1-5

shall take effect October 1, 2007; and Section 6 shall take

effect September 1, 2007.  The Governor signed the bill

on June 29, 2007.

H.B. 6404                                AN ACT CONCERNING THE OPERATION OF HYDRAULIC LOADING OR UNLOADING EQUIPMENT AT CERTAIN SOLID WASTE FACILITIES

This Act passed as amended by House Amendment Schedule A and shall take effect July 1, 2007.  The Governor signed the bill on June 29, 2007.

s.S.B. 1249                             AN ACT CONCERNING TAX ABATEMENTS FOR PROPERTY CONVEYED TO A NONPROFIT LAND CONSERVATION ORGANIZATION

This Act passed as amended by Senate Amendment Schedule A and shall take effect upon passage which is the day the Governor signed the bill, and applicable to assessment years commencing on or after October 1, 2007.  The Governor signed the bill on

June 29, 2007.
