This Act passed and shall take effect as follows: Sections 1-2; 4-5;
7 -11; 16-19; 24, 26, 28, 36, 38-58; 60-61; 64-65; 68, 70-71; 84, 89, 102-103; 105-107; 112, and 116-120 shall take effect July 1, 2007; Sections 3, 6, 20, 22, 25, 29-32, 59, and 90-98 shall take effect October 1, 2007; Section 12 shall take effect October 1, 2008; Sections 13-15, 21, 23, 27, 33-35, 37, 62-63, 67, 83, 88, 99-101, 104, 108-111, 113-115, and 122 shall take effect upon passage, which is the day the Governor signed the bill; Section 66 shall take effect January 1, 2008; Section 69 shall take effect July 1, 2007 and applicable to income years commencing on or after January 1, 2007; Section 72 shall take effect January 1, 2008 and applicable to sales occurring on or after said date; Sections 73-82, 85 and 123 shall take effect January 1, 2010; Section 86 shall take effect April 1, 2009; Section 87 shall take effect July 1, 2008, and Section 121 shall take effect July 1, 2007 and applicable to sales occurring on or after
July 1, 2007 The Governor signed the bill on June 29, 2007 at
9:35 a.m.
