Governor M. Jodi Rell signed the following legislation of the 2007 Session on the date indicated after the title of the bill:

 

 

P.A. 07-126

S.B. 1412                                AN ACT CONCERNING THE STATE EDUCATION RESOURCE CENTER

This Act passed and shall take effect July 1, 2007.  The Governor signed the bill on June 19, 2007.

 

P. A. 07-130

s.S.B. 1451                             AN ACT ESTABLISHING THE CONNECTICUT HOMECARE OPTION PROGRAM FOR THE ELDERLY

This Act passed as amended by Senate Amendment Schedules A and B and shall take effect as follows: Sections 1-6 shall take effect October 1, 2007; Section 7 shall take effect October 1, 2007 and applicable to taxable years commencing on or after January 1, 2007; Section 8 shall take effect October 1, 2007 and applicable to taxable years commencing on or after January 1, 2008 and Section 9 shall take effect July 1, 2007.   The Governor signed the bill on June 19, 2007.

S.B. 1391                                AN ACT CONCERNING FEE INCREASES FOR CERTAIN VITAL RECORDS

This Act passed and shall take effect July 1, 2007.  The Governor signed the bill on June 19, 2007.

This Act passed as amended by House Amendment Schedule A and shall take effect October 1, 2007.  The Governor signed the bill on June 19, 2007.

This Act passed and shall take effect July 1, 2007.  The Governor signed the bill on June 19, 2007.

s.H.B. 7178                             AN ACT CONCERNING WATER COMPANY INFRASTRUCTURE PROJECTS

This Act passed as amended by House Amendment Schedule A and shall take effect upon passage, which is the day the Governor signed the bill.  The Governor signed the bill on June 19, 2007.

H.B. 7281                                AN ACT CONCERNING PROPERTY TAX EXEMPTIONS FOR CERTAIN MACHINERY AND EQUIPMENT

This Act passed as amended by House Amendment Schedule A and shall take effect as follows: Sections 1 and 2 shall take effect upon passage, which is the day the Governor signed the bill and Section 3 shall take effect upon passage and applicable to assessment years commencing on and after October 1, 2007.  The Governor signed the bill on June 19, 2007.

s.H.B. 5273                             AN ACT CONCERNING THE POLICE OFFICER STANDARDS AND TRAINING COUNCIL AND MISSING PERSONS

This Act passed as amended by House Amendment Schedule A and shall take effect as follows: Section 1 shall take effect July 1, 2007 and Section 2 shall take effect upon passage, which is the day the Governor signed the bill.  The Governor signed the bill on June 19, 2007.

s.S.B. 1315                             AN ACT CONCERNING THE FACULTY AT PUBLIC INSTITUTIONS OF HIGHER EDUCATION AND REVISIONS TO VARIOUS HIGHER EDUCATION STATUES

This Act passed as amended by House and Senate Amendment Schedules A and shall take effect as follows:  Sections 1-12 shall take effect upon passage, which is the day the Governor signed the bill; Section 13 shall take effect July 1, 2007 and Section 14 shall take effect October 1, 2007.  The Governor signed the bill on June 19, 2007.
