s.S.B. 1451 AN ACT ESTABLISHING THE CONNECTICUT HOMECARE OPTION PROGRAM FOR THE ELDERLY
This Act passed as amended by Senate Amendment Schedules A and B and shall take effect as follows: Sections 1-6 shall take effect October 1, 2007; Section 7 shall take effect October 1, 2007 and applicable to taxable years commencing on or after January 1, 2007; Section 8 shall take effect October 1, 2007 and applicable to taxable years commencing on or after January 1, 2008 and Section 9 shall take effect July 1, 2007.
