Governor M. Jodi Rell signed, IN THE ORIGINAL, the following bill of the 2007 Session on the date indicated after the title of the bill:

File No. 623                             AN ACT EXTENDING THE FILING DEADLINE FOR CERTAIN TAX CREDITS

This Act passed as amended by Senate Amendments A and C

and shall take effect as follows: Sections 1-14, 16-17 and section 21 shall take effect upon passage, which is the day the Governor signed the bill; Section 15 shall take effect July 1, 2007, and applicable to claims for refund filed on or after that date; Section 18 shall take effect July 1, 2007, and applicable to income years commencing on or after January 1, 2007; Section 19 shall take effect from passage and applicable to income years commencing on or after January 1, 2008;  Section 20 shall take effect from passage and applicable to income years commencing on and after January 1, 2008 and Section 22 shall take effect July 1, 2007.

The Governor signed the bill on June 14, 2007 at 10:40 a.m.
