s.S.B. 1318                             AN ACT CONCERNING PUBLIC INSTITUTION OF HIGHER EDUCATION SYSTEM TRANSFER AND ARTICULATION PROCESS

This Act passed as amended by Senate Amendment Schedule A and shall take effect July 1, 2007.  The Governor signed the bill on June 11, 2007.

s.S.B. 1017                             AN ACT CONCERNING THE EMERGENCY PLANS OF OPERATIONS OF SHORELINE COMMUNITIES AND THE DESIGNATION OF LIQUEFIED NATURAL GAS HAZARD AND SECURITY ZONES

This Act passed as amended by Senate Amendment Schedule A and shall take effect as follows: Sections 1 and 3 shall take effect October 1, 2007 and Sections 2 and 4 shall take effect July 1, 2007.   The Governor signed the bill on June 11, 2007.

H.B. 6080                                AN ACT CONCERNING CLARIFICATION OF THE PERIOD OF TIME BETWEEN THE REAL ESTATE PROPERTY TAX DUE DATE AND THE LAPSING OF THE SILENT LIEN PROVIDED IN STATUTE

This Act passed as amended by House Amendment Schedule A and shall take effect October 1, 2007 and applicable to liens filed on or after October 1, 2007.  The Governor signed the bill on

June 11, 2007.

This Act passed and shall take effect as follows:  Section 1 shall take effect upon passage, which is the day the Governor signed the bill and Sections 2-4 shall take effect October 1, 2007.  The Governor signed the bill on June 11, 2007.

This Act passed as amended by House Amendment Schedules A and B and shall take effect as follows:  Sections 1-3 and section 5 shall take effect July 1, 2007; Sections 4 and 6 shall take effect October 1, 2007; and Section 7 shall take effect upon passage, which is the day the Governor signed the bill.  The Governor signed the bill on June 11, 2007.
