File No. 885                             AN ACT CONCERNING A SERVICE BONUS FOR CERTAIN MEMBERS OF THE CONNECTICUT NATIONAL GUARD ON ACTIVE SERVICE WITH THE ARMED FORCES

This Act passed as amended by House and Senate Amendments Schedule A and shall take effect upon passage, which is the day the Governor signed the bill.  The Governor signed the bill on June 6, 2007.

S.B. 224                                  AN ACT CONCERNING NOTICE OF PARKING VIOLATIONS ON THE OPERATOR OF A MOTOR VEHICLE

This Act passed as amended by Senate Amendment Schedule A and shall take effect July 1, 2007.  The Governor signed the bill on June 5, 2007.

s.S.B. 931                               AN ACT CONCERNING PENALTIES FOR CONCEALING EMPLOYMENT OR OTHER INFORMATION RELATED TO WORKERS’ COMPENSATION PREMIUMS

This Act passed as amended by Senate Amendment Schedule A and shall take effect October 1, 2007. The Governor signed the bill on June 5, 2007.

s.S.B. 1139                             AN ACT CONCERNING ENHANCED ENFORCEMENT AUTHORITY BY THE DEPARTMENT OF HIGHER EDUCATION

This Act passed as amended by Senate Amendment Schedule A and shall take effect as follows:  Sections 1-6 shall take effect January 1, 2008 and section 7 shall take effect July 1, 2007.  The Governor signed the bill on June 5, 2007.

s.S.B. 1143                             AN ACT CONCERNING MORTGAGE, SMALL LOAN AND MONEY TRANSMITTER LICENSEES, MORTGAGE LOANS AND EMERGENCY ORDERS OF THE BANKING COMMISSIONER AND ADOPTING THE UNIFORM PRUDENT MANAGEMENT OF INSTITUTIONAL FUNDS ACT

This Act passed as amended by Senate Amendment Schedule A and shall take effect as follows:  Sections 1-6, 8-12, and 28-38 shall take effect October 1, 2007; Sections 7 and 13-26 shall take effect upon passage, which is the day the Governor signed the bill; and Section 27 shall take effect July 1, 2007.  The Governor signed the bill on June 5, 2007.

This Act passed as amended by House and Senate Amendments Schedule A and shall take effect as follows:  Sections 1-4 shall take effect October 1, 2007 and Section 5 shall take effect upon passage, which is the day the Governor signed the bill.  The Governor signed the bill on June 5, 2007.
