LCO 8561                               AN ACT CONCERNING ELECTRICITY AND ENERGY EFFICIENCY

This Act passed as amended by House Amendment Schedule A and shall take effect as follows:  Sections 1, 14, 18, 41, 49, 54-55, 58, 61, 63-66, 72-73, 87-88, 90, 92-93, 95-96, 100, 105, 108-117, 121, 123, 125, 127 and 129 shall take effect July 1, 2007;  Sections 2-5, 8-9, 13, 15, 17,  21-36, 42, 44, 48, 51-53, 56, 59, 70-71, 75-77, 79-86, 89, 91, 94, 97-99, 101-104, 106-107, 119-120, 122, 124, 126 and 128 shall take effect upon passage, which is the day the Governor signed the bill; Sections 6-7, 11-12, 16, 37-40, 43, 45, 57, 60, 62, 67, 74, 78, and 118 shall take effect October 1, 2007;  Sections 10, 19 and 50 shall take effect January 1, 2008; Section 20 shall take effect January 1, 2008, and applicable to sales occurring on or after said date;  Sections 46 and 47 shall take effect October 1, 2007, and applicable to assessment years commencing on or after October 1, 2007; Section 68 shall take effect July 1, 2007, and applicable to sales occurring on or after July 1, 2007; and Section 69 shall take effect June 1, 2007.  The Governor acted on the bill on June 4, 2007 at 6:15 p.m.
