LCO 511                                 AN ACT CONCERNING LEGISLATIVE REVIEW AND APPROVAL OF WAIVER APPLICATIONS PRIOR SUBMITTED BY THE COMMISSIONER OF SOCIAL SERVICES TO THE FEDERAL GOVERNMENT

This Act passed as amended and shall take effect July 1, 2007.  The Governor vetoed the bill on May 16, 2007.
