s.H.B. 5795                             AN ACT CONCERNING A STUDY OF THE EXPANSION OF THE ANIMAL POPULATION CONTROL PROGRAM

This Act passed as amended by House Amendment Schedule A and shall take effect upon passage, which is the day the Governor signed the bill.  The Governor signed the bill on June 2, 2006.

This Act passed as amended by Senate Amendment Schedules A and B and House Amendment Schedule A and shall take effect as follows:  Sections 1-4, 6-9, 12-17, 22 and 25 shall take effect upon passage, which is the day the Governor signed the bill; Sections 5, 18-21, 24 and 26 shall take effect July 1, 2006 and Sections 10-11 and 23 shall take effect October 1, 2006.  The Governor signed the bill on June 2, 2006.
