s.S.B. 74                                  AN ACT CONCERNING THE REGULATION OF AMUSEMENT RIDES

This Act passed as amended by Senate Amendment Schedule A and shall take effect October 1, 2006.  The Governor signed the bill on May 8, 2006.

s.S.B. 153                                AN ACT CONCERNING TRAFFICKING IN PERSONS

This Act passed as amended by Senate Amendment Schedules A and B and shall take effect as follows:  Sections 1-6 and 8-11 shall take effect July 1, 2006; Section 7 shall take effect upon passage, which is the day the Governor signed the bill.  The Governor signed the bill on May 8, 2006.

s.S.B. 204                                AN ACT PROMOTING THE PHYSICAL HEALTH NEEDS OF STUDENTS

This Act passed as amended by House Amendment Schedule A and shall take effect upon passage, which is the day the Governor signed the bill.  The Governor signed the bill on May 8, 2006.

This Act passed as amended by Senate Amendment Schedule A and shall take effect as follows:  Sections 1-2, 4-7 and 9-10 shall take effect upon passage, which is the day the Governor signed the bill; Sections 3 and 8 shall take effect October 1, 2006.  The Governor signed the bill on May 8, 2006.
