LCO 5166 AN ACT REQUIRING A STUDY OF BUDGETED STATE AGENCIES WITH RESPECT TO THE EXPENDITURES AND REVENUES OF SUCH AGENCIES
This Act passed as amended by House Amendments A, B, C and E and shall take effect as follows: Sections 1-24; 26-52; 65; 68-74 and Section 86 shall take effect July 1, 2006; Section 25 shall take effect July 1, 2005; Sections 53-64 shall take effect upon passage, which is the day the Governor signed the bill; Sections 66-67; 80-83 and Section 85 shall take effect July 1, 2006 and applicable to income years commencing on or after January 1, 2006; Section 75 shall take effect from passage, which is the day the Governor signed the bill and applicable to admission charges imposed on or after April 1, 2006; Sections 76, 78 and 79 shall take effect July 1, 2006 and applicable to taxable years commencing on or after January 1, 2006; Section 77 shall take effect July 1, 2006 and applicable to taxable years commencing on or after January 1, 2006; and Section 84 shall take effect July 1, 2006 and applicable to assessment years commencing in on or after October 1, 2006.
