s. H.B. 5085                            AN ACT DEFINING “EMERGENCY” AND “MAJOR DISASTER”

This Act passed and shall take effect October 1, 2006.  The Governor signed the bill on May 2, 2006.

H.B. 5801                                AN ACT CONCERNING TRUTH IN MUSIC ADVERTISING

This Act passed and shall take effect July 1, 2006.  The Governor signed the bill on May 2, 2006.

s. S.B. 41                                AN ACT CONCERNING MUNICIPAL PLANS OF CONSERVATION AND DEVELOPMENT

This Act passed and shall take effect October 1, 2006, and applicable to plans of conservation and development adopted after October 1, 2006.  The Governor signed the bill on May 2, 2006.

S.B. 413                                  AN ACT CONCERNING MINOR REVISIONS TO THE DEPARTMENT OF AGRICULTURE STATUTES

This Act passed and shall take effect as follow:  Sections 1-7 and section 9 shall take effect upon passage, which is the day the Governor signed the bill; Section 8 shall take effect October 1, 2006.  The Governor signed the bill on May 2, 2006.
