Governor M. Jodi Rell signed, IN THE ORIGINAL, the following bill of the 2006 Session on the date indicated after the title of the bill:

S.B. 702

LCO 4418                               AN ACT CONCERNING JOBS FOR THE TWENTY-FIRST CENTURY

This Act passed as amended and shall take effect as follows: Sections 1-9, 11, 12, and sections 15-19, and 21 shall take effect July 1, 2006; sections 10 shall take effect July 1, 2006 and applicable to assessment years commencing on or after October 1, 2006; section 13 shall take effect July 1, 2006 and applicable to assessment years commencing on and after October 1, 2006; and section 20 shall take effect July 1, 2006 and applicable to income years commencing on or after January 1, 2006.  The Governor signed the bill on May 1, 2006 at 1:15 p.m.
