Governor M. Jodi Rell signed IN THE ORIGINAL the following bill of the October 25 Special Session, 2005 on the date indicated after the title of the bill:

House Bill 7601                       AN ACT CONCERNING MINOR REVISIONS TO THE

LCO 8620                               EMERGENCY HOME HEATING ASSISTANCE ACT

This Act passed and shall take effect as follows:  Sections 1 and 3 shall take effect upon passage, which is the day the Governor signed the bill and Section 2 shall take effect December 15, 2005 and applicable to sales occurring on or after December 15, 2005.  The Governor signed the bill on December 1, 2005 at 3:09 p.m.
