Governor M. Jodi Rell vetoed the following bill of the October 25 Special Session, 2005 on the date indicated after the title of the bill:
Public Act 05-1
S. B. 2101 AN ACT CONCERNING REFORM OF THE STATE CONTRACTING PROCESS.
This Act passed as amended by Senate Amendment schedules A and C and shall take effect as follows: Sections 1-2, 13-14, 16, 20-22, 26, 28-29 and 33 shall take effect upon passage, which is the day the Governor signed the bill; Sections 3, 12, 15, 17-19, 23, 27, 30-32 and 34 shall take effect January 1, 2006; Section 4 shall take effect July 1, 2007; Sections 24 and 25 shall take effect July 1, 2006; and Sections 5-11 and 35 shall take effect October 1, 2007. The Governor VETOED the bill on November 16, 2005.
