s.S.B. 1167                             AN ACT CONCERNING NANOTECHNOLOGY, MOLECULAR MANUFACTURING AND ADVANCED AND DEVELOPING TECHNOLOGIES AT INSTITUTIONS OF HIGHER EDUCATION

This Act passed as amended by Senate Amendment Schedule A

and shall take effect from passage, which is the day the Governor

signed the bill.  The Governor signed the bill on July 13, 2005.

s.S.B. 1331                             AN ACT ESTABLISHING A SPECIAL TAXING DISTRICT WITHIN THE TOWN OF REDDING

This Act passed as amended by Senate Amendment Schedule A

and shall take effect July 1, 2005.  Governor signed the bill on

This Act passed as amended by Senate amendment Schedule A and shall take effect as follows:  Section 1 shall take effect July 1, 2005; Sections 2 and 5 shall take effect from passage and applicable to taxable years commencing on or after January 1, 2005; Sections 3 and 7-9 shall take effect from passage, which is the day the Governor signed the bill; Section 4 shall take effect October 1, 2005 and applicable to returns for periods commencing on or after October 1, 2005; and Section 6 shall take effect October 1, 2005 and applicable to contracts entered into on or after October 1, 2005.   The Governor signed the bill on July 13, 2005.

on July 13, 2005.

s.H.B. 6713                             AN ACT CONCERNING REVISIONS TO DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC HEALTH STATUTES

This Act passed as amended by House Amendment Schedule A and shall take effect as follows:  Sections 1-12, 14, 18, 22-28, 30, 32, 35, and 44 shall take effect October 1, 2005; Sections 16 and 45 shall take effect July 1, 2005; Sections 13, 17, 19-21, 29, 31, 33-34 and 36-43 shall take effect from passage, which is the day the Governor signed the bill and Section 15 effective on and after the later of October 1, 2000 or the date notice is published by the Commissioner of Public Health in the Connecticut Law Journal indicating that the licensing of athletic trainer and physical therapist assistants is being implemented by the commissioner.  The Governor signed the bill on July 13, 2005.

October 1, 2005 and applicable to actions accruing on or after

said date; Sections 3, 9-11, 13, 15, 18-20, and 26-28 shall take effect upon passage, which is the day the Governor signed the bill;  Sections 12, 17 and 21-25 shall take effect October 1, 2005; Section 14 shall take effect January 1, 2006 and Section 16 shall take effect July 1, 2005. The Governor signed the bill July 13, 2005.
