Governor M. Jodi Rell signed the following bills of the 2005 Session on the date indicated after the title of the bill:

P.A. 05-228

s.S.B. 410                               AN ACT CONCERNING FARM LAND PRESERVATION, LAND PROTECTION, AFFORDABLE HOUSING AND HISTORIC PRESERVATION

This Act passed as amended by Senate Amendment Schedules A

and B and shall take effect as follows:  Sections 1-7 shall take effect

July 1, 2005 and Section 8 shall take effect from passage

and applicable to assessment years commencing on and after

October 1, 2005.  The Governor signed the bill on July 11, 2005.
