Governor M. Jodi Rell vetoed the following bills of the 2005 Legislative Session on the date indicated after the title of the bills:

s.H.B. 6982                             AN ACT CONCERNING THE FUTURE OF THE CONNECTICUT JUVENILE TRAINING SCHOOL

This Act passed as amended by House Amendment Schedules A

and B and shall take effect upon passage, which is the day

 the Governor signed the bill.  The Governor vetoed the bill on

July 11, 2005.

This Act passed as amended by House Amendment Schedule A and shall take effect as follows: Sections 1-5 shall take effect July 1, 2005 and applicable to elections, primaries and referenda held on or after September 1, 2005; Sections 6-12, 19-25 and 31 shall take effect

July 1, 2005; Sections 14 and 17-18 shall take effect October 1, 2005; Sections 15-16 and 26-28 shall take effect January 1, 2006 and Sections 13, 29, 30 and 32 shall take effect upon passage, which is

the day the Governor signed the bill.  The Governor signed the bill on July 8, 2005.
