This Act passed as amended by Senate Amendment Schedule A and shall take effect as follows:  Section 1 shall take effect upon passage, which is the day the Governor signed the bill; Sections 2-10 shall take effect July 1, 2005 and applicable to sales, transfers or changes in use of land classified as farm land, forest land or open space land that occur on or after July 1, 2005; and Section 11 shall take effect July 1, 2005. The Governor signed the bill on July 1, 2005.
