s.S.B. 934                               AN ACT PERMITTING STEM CELL RESEARCH AND BANNING THE CLONING OF HUMAN BEINGS

This Act passed as amended by Senate Amendment Schedule A and shall take effect upon passage, which is the day the Governor signed the bill.   The Governor signed the bill on June 15, 2005.
