s.S.B. 1357                             AN ACT INCORPORATING THE CONNECTICUT SUPREME COURT HISTORICAL SOCIETY

This act passed and shall take effect upon passage, which is the day the Governor signed the bill.  The Governor signed the bill on

June 7, 2005

H.B. 6730                                AN ACT CONCERNING THE DEFINITION OF PLUMBING AND PIPING WORK FOR PURPOSES OF LICENSURE

This Act passed as amended by Senate Amendment Schedule A and shall take effect October 1, 2005.  The Governor signed the bill on June 7, 2005.

S.B. 946                                  AN ACT CONCERNING THE SOLICITATION OF CHARITABLE FUNDS ACT

This Act passed as amended by Senate Amendment Schedule A and shall take effect as follows:  Sections 1-3 shall take effect upon passage, which is the day the Governor signed the bill and Section 4 shall take effect October 1, 2005.  The Governor signed the bill on June 7, 2005.
