Governor M. Jodi Rell vetoed the following bill of the 2005 Legislative Session on the date indicated after the title of the bill:

 

PA. 05-83

H.B. 6635                                AN ACT CONCERNING THE ILLEGAL SALE OR POSSESSION WITH INTENT TO SELL OF COCAINE

This Act passed and shall take effect October 1, 2005.  The Governor vetoed the bill on June 2, 2005.

 

 

Governor M. Jodi Rell signed the following bills of the 2005 Session on the date indicated after the title of the bill:

 

 

P.A. 05-80

s.H.B. 5169                             AN ACT CONCERNING QUALITY OF CARE IN CHRONIC DISEASE HOSPITALS

                                                This Act passed as amended by House Amendment Schedule A and shall take effect on October 1, 2005.   The Governor signed the bill on June 2, 2005.

 

P.A. 05-81

s.H.B. 5799                             AN ACT CONCERNING DISPOSITION OF UNCLAIMED CREMATED REMAINS BY FUNERAL DIRECTORS

                                                This Act passed and shall take effect July 1, 2005.  The Governor signed the bill on June 2, 2005.

H.B. 5996                                AN ACT ALLOWING THE CONDUCT OF A FROG-RACE RAFFLE IN THE TOWN OF WINDHAM

                                                This Act passed and shall take effect upon passage, which is the day the Governor signed the bill.  The Governor signed the bill on

s.H.B. 6918                             AN ACT CONCERNING THE INTEGRITY OF THE UNEMPLOYMENT COMPENSATION EXPERIENCE RATED TAX SYSTEM

                                                This Act passed and shall take effect October 1, 2005.   The Governor signed the bill June 2, 2005.
