H.B. 6598                                AN ACT CONCERNING SURCHARGE CLAUSES IN RESIDENTIAL LEASES FOR HEAT AND UTILITIES

                                                This Act passed as amended by House Amendment Schedule A

and shall take effect as follows:  Effective October 1, 2005, and applicable to rental agreements or renewals of rental agreements signed on or after October 1, 2005.     The Governor signed the bill on June 2, 2005.

s.H.B. 6917                             AN ACT CONCERNING INTERLOCAL RISK MANAGEMENT AGENCIES

This Act passed as amended by House Amendment Schedule A and shall take effect July 1, 2005.  The Governor signed the bill on

s.H.B. 6947                             AN ACT CONCERNING DIALYSIS PATIENT CARE TECHNICIANS

This Act passed as amended by House Amendment Schedule A and shall take effect as follows:  sections 1, 2 and 4 shall take effect October 1, 2005; section 3 shall be effective on and after the later of October 1, 2000, or the date notice is published by the Commissioner of Public Health in the Connecticut Law Journal indicating that the licensing of athletic trainers and physical therapist assistants is being implemented by the commissioner.  The Governor signed the bill on June 2, 2005.
