AN ACT CONCERNING THE AUTHORITY OF THE COMMISSIONER

OF SOCIAL SERVICES WITH RESPECT TO THE ADMINISTRATION

OF THE MEDICAID PROGRAM

 

This Act passed and shall take effect upon passage, which is the day

the Governor signs the Bill.  The Governor vetoed te

he bill on May 18, 2005.
