AN ACT TO CORRECT A TECHNICAL ERROR IN ECS

DISTRIBUTION, TO AUTHORIZE PROVISION OF GRANTS

TO INTERDISTRICT MAGNET SCHOOLS AND TO SPECIFY

DISPOSITION OF THE FAIRFIELD HILLS HOSPITAL PROCEEDS

This Act shall take effect upon passage, which is the day the Governor signed the bill.

The Governor signed the bill on March 22, 2005.
