GOVERNOR

EXECUTIVE ORDER NO. FIVE

I, John G. Rowland, Governor of the State of Connecticut, by virtue of the authority vested in me by the Constitution and by the statutes of the State, do hereby ORDER AND DIRECT:

In accordance with section 27-15 of the Connecticut General Statutes, I hereby designate and reconstitute the following persons to be members of my Military Staff effective May 5, 1995:

Major General David W. Gay of Manchester, The Adjutant General, Connecticut Army National Guard to be Chief of Staff;

Brigadier General George A. Demers of Suffield, Assistant Adjutant General (Air), Connecticut Air National Guard to be Deputy Chief of Staff,

Brigadier General Frank A. Avallone of Branford, Assistant Adjutant General (Army), Connecticut Army National Guard;

Brigadier General Kenneth W. Mahon of Windsor, Chief of Staff, Connecticut Air National Guard;

Colonel Albert A. Rubino of Windsor Locks, Connecticut Army National Guard to be Senior Pilot;

Colonel Joseph P. Wierzbinski of Madison, Connecticut Army National Guard to be Surgeon General;

Christopher B. Burnham of Stamford to be United States Marine Corp Reserve Aide-de-Camp with rank of Colonel;

Eugene F. Sullivan of Windsor to be United States Air Force Reserve Aide-de-Camp with rank of Colonel;

Carl R. Venditto of Southington to be United States Marine Corp Reserve Aide-de-Camp with rank of Colonel;

Lawrence J. Ebner of Wethersfield to be United States Army Reserve Aide-de-Camp with rank of Colonel;

Ireneusz J. Zembrzuski of Berlin, Connecticut Army National Guard to be Aide-de-Camp with rank of Colonel;

Ray R. Pinette of Avon, to be Connecticut Army National Guard to be Aide-de-Camp with the rank of Colonel;

Mary Ann Epps of Hartford to be Connecticut Air National Guard Aide-de-Camp with rank of Colonel;

Louis R. Rell of Brookfield to be United States Navy Reserve Aide-de-Camp with rank of Captain;

Aldor J. Dubois of Glastonbury to be Connecticut Air National Guard Aide-de-Camp with rank of Lieutenant Colonel;

William A. Cugno of Southington, Connecticut, Army National Guard to be Aide-de- Camp with rank of Colonel;

John T. Krusko of Watertown to be Connecticut Army National Guard Aide-de-Camp with rank of Major;

Francis G. Brennan of Waterbury to be United States Army Reserve Aide-de-Camp with rank of Major;

Charles E. Alfono of Somers to be United States Army Reserve Aide-de-Camp with rank of Major;

John F. O'Neill of West Hartford to be United States Coast Guard Reserve Aide-de- Camp with rank of Lieutenant Commander;

James R. Wagner of Rocky Hill to be Connecticut Army National Guard Aide-de-Camp with rank of Sergeant First Class;

John L. Cattelan of Bristol to be Army National Guard Aide-de-Camp with rank of Sergeant;

Major Robert A. Burnham of Enfield, Commandant First Company Governor's Foot Guard to be ex-officio member;

Major Richard F. Erff of Westbrook, Commandant Second Company Governor's Foot Guard to be ex-officio member;

Major Richard J. Belliveau of Wallingford, Commandant First Company Governor's Horse Guard to be ex-officio member; and

Major Peter E. Moritz of Ridgefield, Commandant Second Company Governor's Horse Guard to be ex-officio member.

        This Order shall take effect immediately.
