STATE OF CONNECTICUT

BY HIS EXCELLENCY

JOHN G. ROWLAND

EXECUTIVE ORDER NO. ONE-A

WHEREAS, Executive Chambers Conservancy, Inc. (the "Corporation") has been established pursuant to Executive Order No. One for the purpose of refurbishing, decorating and improving the Executive Chambers of the Governor, and

WHEREAS, pursuant to Article IV of the Bylaws of said Corporation, the Governor has the authority to appoint the directors and chairperson of said Corporation.

NOW, THEREFORE, I, JOHN G. ROWLAND, Governor of the State of Connecticut, do hereby ORDER AND DIRECT:

1.	That the following persons are appointed as directors of the Corporation: Henry W. Nozko, Sr. William T. Dunn Bernard M. Fox Mark J. Malaspina Eileen S. Kraus
3.	That Henry W. Nozko, Sr. shall serve as chairperson of the board of directors of the Corporation.
4.	That this order shall take effect immediately.

Dated at Hartford, Connecticut, this 24th day of April, 1995.
