Interim Board Member

October 2, 2017

 

The Board is accepting resumes from retired members interested in serving on the Board in an interim seat effective upon completion of the process outlined below.  The seat will expire June 30, 2019. 

 

To apply you must personally submit a resume to The Board at the above address between October 2, 2017 and 3:00 pm on October 23, 2017.  You must show a government issued photo i.d. to a staff member of The Board when submitting your resume. 

 

If more than one retired member of the system delivers a resume by 3:00 pm on October 23, 2017, The Board will assemble a Personnel sub-committee to review the resumes.



  1. The Personnel Committee will review resumes and make a recommendation to The Board. 
  2. The Personnel Committee reserves the right to interview candidates and/or check references.
  3. The name of the successful candidate will be recommended to The Board at the next Board meeting. 
  4. The Board will vote on the recommendation at the next Board meeting.
  5. The approved candidate will begin their term at the Board meeting following the Board vote.
