Regulations of Connecticut State Agencies
The Secretary of the State’s office is the permanent repository of original filings of Connecticut state agency regulations. By law, the Commission on Official Legal Publications is responsible for compiling and publishing the regulations, first in the Connecticut Law Journal, and later in the compiled Regulations of Connecticut State Agencies. Both these publications are available for purchase from the Commission on Official Legal Publications, 111 Phoenix Avenue, Enfield CT 06082. Non-circulating copies of the Law Journal and the Regulations of Connecticut State Agencies are available for public reference use at Connecticut’s Judicial Branch Law Libraries and at the Connecticut State Library in Hartford. Additionally, many state agencies have posted copies of their regulations on their agency websites in order to assist the public. A list of state agency websites is available at www.ct.gov.
Regulations of the Office of the Secretary of the State are posted on this website and are available at the links listed below.
Copies of original state agency regulations on file with the Secretary of the State are available for purchase for $20.00 per filing for plain copies, and $35.00 per filing for certified copies. Written requests for copies should be submitted to the Legislation and Elections Administration Division, Office of the Secretary of the State, PO Box 150470, Hartford CT 06115-0470
