REGARDING FEE INCREASES

Effective Thursday, October 1, 2009 most of the filing and service fees charged in the Commercial Recording Division will increase.

Please note that a bill passed into law on September 8, 2009, mandating fee increases for many state agencies, starting on October 1, 2009.  The new law raises many of the filing fees and service fees charged by the Commercial Recording Division.
