One on One Mentoring Community Based Program

  {Mentee / Mentor}
This program aims to provide an important relationship to youth of ages 14 to 21 and who are placed outside of their homes.  Mentors are involved in the youth's life as a guide, role model and resource.  They see their mentees at least three times a month and call them once weekly. The program aims at maintaining these relationships on a long term basis with a one year minimum committment.  Ideally, the relationships evolve into permanent, life-long friendships.

True Colors Mentoring Program - is for youth ages 14-21 who are lesbian, gay, bisexual, or transgender. (external link)
