Legal Notice, Request for Services, RFP DEP-MMCA-SERC072709 (PDF ).  The SERC is seeking proposals from individuals, firms or corporations to conduct two individual hazardous material transportation commodities flow studies.  It is anticipated that the federal funding for these projects will come from the U.S. Department of Transportation, Pipeline and Hazardous Materials Safety Administration.  Deadline for submissions of RFPs is August 27, 2009.  The notice has also been published in the following newspapers:
