Public Act 09-3, June Special Session, had increased the late filing fee for campaign treasurers. (Effective October 1, 2009)
On October 5, 2009 Governor Rell signed into law Public Act 09-8, An Act Implementing the Provisions of the Budget Concerning Revenue. Section 43 of Public Act 09-8 reverses the increase to late filing fees from $200 back to $100.
