seec: List of Participating and Nonparticipating Candidates

List of Participating and Nonparticipating Candidates
The Citizens’ Election Program provides full public financing to qualified candidates for the General Assembly. Participation in the Program is voluntary. However, certain requirements apply to all General Assembly candidates.
All candidates for election to the office of State Representative or State Senator in any
Special Election, primary, or general election are required to file an Affidavit of Intent to
Abide by Expenditure Limits and Other Program Requirements or an Affidavit of Intent to Not Abide by Expenditure Limits by the statutory deadlines.
Candidates who intend to participate in the Program must complete SEEC Form CEP 10 (Affidavit of Intent to Abide by Expenditure Limits and Other Program Requirements) to be “participating candidates”.
Candidates who intend not to participate in the Program (“nonparticipating candidates”) must complete SEEC Form CEP 11 (Affidavit of Intent to Not Abide by Expenditure Limits).
