Important 2008 CPE Notice The period for gathering CPE for renewal of an individual license for 2009 ends June 30, 2008. Public Act 08-52 has created automatic Penalties of $250 for gathering required CPE after the June 30th deadline but before September 30th, and a $500 Penalty for gathering required cpe after the June 30th deadline but before December 31st.
