OVA: The Victims' Voice Newsletter

The Victims’ Voice Newsletter

The Office of the Victim Advocate is an independent state agency charged with the responsibility of protecting and enforcing the legal rights of crime victims in the State of Connecticut.  One of our many responsibilities is public education and outreach.  To that end, the OVA is pleased to have created “The Victims’ Voice.”   This free newsletter will provide information designed to help educate individuals and organizations throughout Connecticut on matters important to victims of crime .
