OPM: Guidelines for Sustainable Design and Development

Guidelines for Sustainable Design and Development

The following Guidelines for Sustainable Design & Development provide Connecticut municipalities with a framework for building stronger neighborhoods that provide affordable and energy-efficient housing options, while preserving open space and environmental resources.  The guidelines were developed by the Capitol Region Council of Governments, in partnership with the Office of Policy and Management and other key organizations, through an award of technical assistance from the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency.
