Criminal Justice Policy Advisory Commission (CJPAC)
The Criminal Justice Policy Advisory Commission, commonly referred to as CJPAC was established under  Public Act 06-193. It was formerly the Prison and Jail Overcrowding Commission.
 
CJPAC is chaired by the OPM Under Secretary for the Criminal Justice Policy and Planning Division (CJPPD) Mike Lawlor, mike.lawlor@ct.gov  (860) 418-6394.
