{ } The Connecticut Sentencing Commission (CSC) was established within the Office of Policy and Management for administrative purposes only as a permanent sentencing commission under Conn.Gen.Stat. Sec. 54-300 to review on an ongoing basis criminal justice and sentencing policies and laws of this state.

The Connecticut Sentencing Commission is Chaired by Justice David Borden and Vice Chaired by the OPM Under Secretary  Mike Lawlor. Andrew J. Clark is the Acting Executive Director.
