STATUS OF 2008 CRIMINAL JUSTICE REFORMS
The co-chairs of the Judiciary Committee requested an update on the status of the 2008 Criminal Justice Reforms enacted under Public Act 08-01 in the aftermath of the Cheshire tragedy.
This Judiciary Hearing was held on March 11, 2011 at the Legislative Office Building, 300 Capitol Avenue, Hartford, Connecticut and televised on CT-N.
