(HARTFORD, CT) – Governor Dannel P. Malloy announced that he has ordered all first and second shift, non-essential state employees to not report to work on February 9, 2017, in response to winter storm conditions across the state. .

If you wish to report suspected abuse and neglect of a person with Intellectual Disabilities, you may call 860-297-4300 and press 2 when the welcome message begins, this will transfer you to the AID Unit voicemail, then press 1 to leave a message.  OPA’s investigative staff will be checking the voice box throughout the day.  Please leave a call-back number or other contact information
