OHA: State Seeking Feedback on Healthcare Innovation Plan
New Releases

We're Seeking Feedback on Connecticut's Draft Healthcare Innovation Plan

The state is seeking feedback on its draft Healthcare Innovation Plan.  Through the State Innovation Model Initiative, SIM, the state received a $2.85 million grant from the Center for Medicare and Medicaid Innovation to develop a plan to reform healthcare delivery and payment to ensure better health for our residents, increased access to care, and a reduction in healthcare costs.

A state healthcare innovation planning team has been working with working groups, consumers, employers, providers, payers and state agencies to develop a plan.

For more information on the SIM, and to view the plan, visit www.healthreform.ct.gov, and click on the SIM Initiative.

We welcome your feedback on the plan.  Please submit your comments by e-mail  to sim@ct.gov.
