Yellow Ribbon Reintegration Program
The Secretary of Defense initiated the Yellow Ribbon Reintegration Program to provide information, services, referral, and proactive outreach programs to Military Personnel and their Families through all phases of the deployment cycle.
The Connecticut Military Department has designed a program to assist all military units in the State of Connecticut to implement a program that brings together Federal, State & Private organizations that support the state's military personnel and their families.
