What is Infoline?
Calling 2-1-1 from any phone in Connecticut immediately connects you to a single source for information and referrals to human services that are designed to meet your needs.  By dialing 2-1-1, you are connected with an Infoline caseworker who can assess a situation and search for community services in your area that may help you.  Representatives are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

(Out-of-state dial your Area Agency on Aging)

What is CHOICES or Area Agency on Aging?
The CHOICES Program provides information and referrals to persons age 60 or older. When you call the CHOICES program you will be connected with Area Agency on Aging staff who will provide information on services, including health insurance, adult day care, respite care, housing options, financial assistance, legal assistance, elder abuse, nutrition, home care, and transportation.  Staff are available during regular business hours.
