Each link contains a document outlining the 2015 plan options and the corresponding proposed 2016 plan option(s).  The first column includes the high level list of benefits.   Of those, the benefits in red font are those services which have a direct impact on the actuarial value of a plan design.  These “red” benefits are those that were entered into the CMS actuarial value calculator to arrive at the correct AV%.

The yellow highlighted fields in the 2016 proposed plan options represent cost sharing values different than that of the current 2015 plan options for your comparative analysis.
