Peachtree Apartments fire victims offered assistance

Norwich, Conn. —

Residents who lost their homes in Saturday’s Peachtree Apartments fire should contact the Norwich Human Services office for help in getting new housing as well as assistance in replacing prescription medications, drivers’ licenses, Social Security cards and other identification.

The office at 80 Broadway opens at 8:30 a.m. and can be reached at 823-3778.

Residents seeking their mail may visit the post office at 340 Main St. between 9 a.m. and 5:30 p.m.
